"We will ask the center as the return to the offices of the resolution concerning the parking of Piazza Unità d'Italy so that the same be reworked and made to comply with Prusst is already approved by the Department that the City Council. It was in no way provided for the free concession of 2,700 stalls. If this decision were to go forward, there would be a huge economic loss to the City, a sudden impoverishment dell'Amat and an incredible advantage to the individual (think of the daily income multiplied by 2,700 stalls) "
