the provision relating to license plates alternating prepared by the Mayor, is symptomatic of the lack of knowledge that Cammarata has problems and economic conditions in his city. This measure, in fact, leave on foot the most disadvantaged (pensioners, the elderly, housewives, employees, etc.) that certainly do not have the resources to purchase new cars, without offering an alternative public transport services adequate and efficient transport that can support the mobility needs of citizens. Again, there is the inconsistency of the measures of the Mayor, the inability to plan and design, that, without in any way solve the problem of pollution, it only causes further distress, even economic, to the inhabitants. Repeated in the motion to recommend the adoption of the Urban Traffic Plan, which is the only appropriate way to deal with in a rational and definitive the problem of traffic, safety and pollution.
