Le certificazioni ITIL v3In ITIL v3 il meccanismo delle certificazioni e' stato rivisto significativamente rispetto alle certificazioni ITIL v2.
I livelli sono adesso i seguenti:
- Foundations Level - che si focalizza sui concetti, terminologia a processi di ITIL v3
- Intermediate Level - organizzato per stream che si concentra su aspetti specifici del framework
- Expert Level - ottenibile dopo aver completato un certo numero di unita' intermediate ed il corso "Managing Across the lifecycle" che mette insieme tutti i pezzi
- Master Level - che e' la certificazione di piu' alto livello, attualmente ancora in sviluppo.
There are courses and certification exams for the upgrade of ITIL v2 to ITIL v3, and in particular:
- from Foundations ITIL v2 to ITIL v3 Foundations and
- by the Service Manager on ITIL v2 to ITIL Expert on ITIL v3.
